I love the food at this resteraunt. It is the reason I go back. The decor is nice and looks trendy.. However the service is beyond poor. The last waiter just slammed our drinks down on the table and took off.. then getting him back to tell him it wasnt what we ordered was hard. There was maybe 10 people in the resteraunt when we went... so it was very unusual. I've been a lot because I love the food.. (lomi lomi is soo good). However the service is soo bad everytime we go. Food takes awhile and most of the waiters have attitude problems. I wish the waiters were friendlier.. Sho Mi has the friendliest staff and is cheaper (which is where we go if we dont want to deal with the people at CocoRo)
Pros: good food, trendy atmosphere, good sushi
Cons: bad service, waiters w/ attitudes, slow service
