Review content:
Sitting in an office waiting for your turn is usually to be expected in any doctor's office. I had visited Crown Optical once before, when a different optometrist had worked there, and had no trouble whatsoever. This time though, I waited for an hour to even be seen by the optometrist, and then, once in "" the chair"" I waited for another 25 minutes before he actually came in. I understood that the office was busy, which is why I was able to be patient for so long. The eye exam went as I expected, and when I went out to get my contacts, I had told him that the prescription seemed a little off. He told me that it was only my eyes getting used to the prescription.....two weeks passed, and still my prescription didn't seem strong enough...so I went back, and he gave me an even weaker prescription for the eye that I needed a stronger prescription for to begin with. He told me to try those contacts out, and again...I went back and informed him of the problem.
Pros: Receptionists are extremely helpful, and friendly
Cons: Wait time exceeded an hour, selection was limited, Optometrist rushed his services, prices were a bit higher than at other stores
