Everyone at Stratham Physical Therapy works together to help you achieve the best outcome possible after an illness or injury. They work with your doctor to come up with a plan of care that helps you recover more quickly. They really listen to your questions and concerns regarding your diagnosis and provide you with knowledgeable information. Best of all- they do this with a lot of humor, making the exercises fun (which isn't easy). I've been there for cervical rediculopathy (neck pain radiating into my arm) . Physical therapy got rid of the pain not helped by medicine. I am currently in treatment for a wrist injury trying to regain flexibility and strength. Joe and his team are THE BEST! It's now May, 2008- and I am back again first for L shoulder pain, then for rehab after shoulder surgery. Stratham Physical therapy is in the process of changing their name to ProEX to ""better reflect the vision of their organization- PRO EXperience and PRO EXcellence"". I'm just thankful that it's still the same great staff providing care. Pros: Nice facility. Great staff.
