I was looking for home security and called several places ADT, Brinks, Ranger etc..... and I just wasn't satisfied with the prices or the overall customer service, I was getting frustrated but decided to call one more company which was Act Security. Instantly, I was pleased; not only with monthly monitoring cost but with the overall piece of mind that I felt when I spoke with the manager. He took the time to explain to me about how important it is to have home security and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. After I was installed he called to make sure that I was satisfied and asked did the installer come on time and did I have any problems with the overall service. For once I did not feel like the company was out just to make a sale but was truly concerned about my family safety whether I chose Act Security or another security company.
Pros: exceptional security company
