ordered product from blinds and designs. installed. found black marks on shades. also splits on two shades where the pulls are located. supposedly in warranty, but wastold would be hard pressed to prove the product defective. dont have a bill of sale, showing exactly what i bought and date of sale. would not provide one. has lifetime warranty, but no definitive company where the product was manufactured would stay away from them. only in business a year or so. cannot get my problem resolved.
Pros: product warranty not honored
Cons: be sure to get a signed bill of sale at end of transaction
