I have been with them for about 10 years, and have always had excellent service from them. They have contacted me several times when new options were instituted by Farmers that would give me better coverage or lower rates. And even after my daughter moved to LA and was involved in an accident while she was stopped at a red light, they helped us out with the claim and followed up with the claims office up there to help expidite the settlement. Based on my experience, I would rate them even higher than 5star because they have gone far ""Above & Beyond"" for me.
