I purchased a new home from Bent Creek Builders in 2005. Since purchasing my house I have to change out all the tile floors. The tiles were not installed properly and many of them cracked. This happened during the first year I owned the house. The builder finally came back and changed out the cracked tiles with tiles that did not match the existing tiles and the workmanship was terrible. The grout around the new tiles completely cracked and looked even worse than the original tiles. This week I discovered that my roof has been leaking. I am now faced with having to put a new roof on my 4 1/2 year old house at a cost of $5000. Not to mention damage to my ceiling and possible mold in the attic from the leak. Bent Creek has not returned my calls. I went down in person and was told my house only has a one year warranty. When I asked about a warrant on the roofing matter I was told they don't know what material was used on my house. This company builds horrible quality homes and they do not stand by their workmanship. I can understand a company having a warranty, but the need for a new roof after 4 years is absolutely ridiculous!
