Review content:
a standard setting restaurant for the denver/boulder scene. we received exceptional, but not intrusive service from the arrival to departure. the waiter was knowledgeable, but not arrogant, entertaining, but not obnoxious. the food was creative and well presented, with intricate flavor and well placed colors. i would recommend the spinach and garlic soup to start, the risotto as an intermezzo, and the ""stuffato"" meatball as an entree. trust the sommelier and the staff as well to provide effective and delightful wine pairings.
no need was left unattended. we had a tremendous meal in a lovely room given by a talented and educated staff. you must try Frasca to see what dining in denver and boulder can be.
Pros: service, atmosphere , menu and wine list
Cons: somewhat cramped
