I was quite disgusted by this maytag laundry shop. I was certain that the Maytag company does not endorse or ever visit this place. My first bad experience before I ever entered the store- was that the staff people did not adhere to their hours of operation and the morning I discovered this- that staff person was atleast 45 minutes late! My next issue was that there were only 2 hi-capacity dryers. One was taken so I was left with the other machine-which was out of order BUT NOT marked as such. I popped my quarters in and then realized the machine was simply not working- so I went behind the counter and found a note pad and pen to alert others and also to let the staff know that I wished for a refund-and I left my phone number. My third issue was that my note was never responded to, despite my attempts to call in. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
