Review content:
just had the worst, borderline scary, customer service experience of my life there. i went for a tour and the manager arbitrarily tells the front desk girl ""Charge her for Day Pass"" after my tour was done. The girls was like ""I told her it was included in the tour"". The manager lectured me about how it was a paying member facility and day passes are required. I'm fine with that, except it was a different story when I walked in. I was nothing but polite, but I swear the guy was roid raging and ready to punch me in the face for simply restating what I'd been told at the beginning of the tour. He stared me down at the front desk and the entire time I worked out (not long). I should've just left then, but I was in shock at how horrible it went. Plus, I figured, I endured his humiliation, I may as well work out. Awful, awful, awful.
