So very DISAPPOINTED. I chose Women's Health Specialist because of the great reviews online, however, the actual experience left much to be desired. I was not expecting personalized service since it isn't a small practice, just professional and courteous service. I must say that the staff is rude, unprofessional and don't even fake like they care. I didn't complain after waiting 30 minutes to an hour be seen, I don't even complain about not getting a prompt phone call back when I leave messages, but when you are outright rude and unprofessional, that is where I draw the line. When I brought the situation up to one of the staff members, they pretty much dismissed it. Now, I am left having to look for another OB/GYN mid pregnancy. If you are pregnant and want to have a good experience with your medical provider, shop around first make sure that the people are geniune or at least know how to treat their clients with respect.
