Would give them zero stars if I were able. They were very quick to respond when we booked our appointment for a chimney sweep (found them through ValPack). The technician tried to sell us on $1400 worth of work saying a number of things were broken - despite the fact that we just purchased our home and had a detailed home inspection done prior to buying where the chimney was thoroughly inspected and found to be fine. We declined most of the extra work and went with filling a crack and had the sweep. The next day, we lit a Duraflame log and our entire home was smoked out. They have screwed up our chimney to the point of us having to get another company in here to fix it. Both my husband and I have called numerous times and we keep getting blown off by the secretary or told that she had to check the schedule and would get someone over immediately - that was nearly two weeks ago, now she doesn t even take our calls. Stay far away from them!!!!!! Now we re forced to work with our credit card company to dispute - it s been a mess - literally as we re still clearing out smoke damage!!! Not worth it at all!!!! They are sketchy to say the very least.
