Went in and just wanted at first 'to look'... Got pressured into the line ""What can I do for you to get you in a new car today"". I insisted after the hard-sell that I had to sleep on it. Well, first they completely low-balled my trade-in. Then they magically gave me $2K more for it. The next day I showed them a TrueCar (they are not affiliated) printout for a competing dealer's offering for the SUV for less than $1500 than their 'best price'. I almost acquiesced to a deal in the middle, and they offered to throw in some 'nice accessories' to compensate. I demanded roof rack cross-bars (about maybe $120 cost) to 'make me happy' and their idea of nice accessories were a $30 cargo net and (get this) a 'first-aid kit'! Honestly, the salesman was thoroughly enjoyable and helpful, but the 'manager' he had to answer to (who wouldn't budge) made him lose the sale. Hello other TrueCar dealer! - I got MY price and THEY sold me my new car AND gave me more for my trade-in!!!!
