I have been a personal training client at THFP for 4 years and can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life!! If you are looking for a friendly, professional, personal atmosphere then this is the place for you. Troy, his staff and other clients are not intimidating and offer all the support and encouragement you need. I have experienced the personal training, group classes and bootcamp and all have been nothing but positive experiences. Don't waste your time and $$ at other facilities or trying to go at it alone like I did. Try it for youself and see dramatic results like I did within the first 2 months!
