I contacted Geoff on a weekend about my laptop that completely died due to a virus. Although I told him I might buy a new computer and just wanted my data back, he said that the computer could be reformatted and back to new -- and it was, just 3 days later! I'm glad I was able to get my computer back up and running for a reasonable price instead of buying a new computer. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. GREAT customer service! I would highly recommend his services.
