Review content:
We bought a used Rv and paid to have service check the unit out. We were told that if after we went on vacation there were problems that repairs would not be a problem. We had to take it back before we left because we had such an oder from holding tanks that it was unbearable. They admitted that they forgot to flush tanks and that when the water lines were checked and water went through tanks that it had caused the problem. Even after flushed the oder has grown worse. We went on vacation and could not even eat meals in unit because smell was so bad. When we took back they suddenly lost all SENSE OF SMELL because they say it smells like soap and refuse to do anything else.. Now we are stuck with a unit you cant even stand to sit it. THEY DO NOT BACK UP USED UNITS EVEN AFTER AGREEMENT TO DO SO!!!!!
Cons: Do not keep their word to do repairs
