Steve was great to deal with in building our home.
We originally signed on with another well known local builder. We wanted to tear down an older home and build a new one on the lot. They talked us into a remodel.
In doing our plans they were slow and way off our original budget. Plus they took out of our home some of the main items that we really wanted.
We asked Steve to come in and re bid the job that the first company screwed up. Turns out their bid was probably close, but the original range price was over $ 200,000 less than the home they drew up.
So we fired them and hired Steve. We tore down the old remodel and built the home we wanted.
From start to finish we were happy with the way the project went. We were able to make changes as construction was under way and problems were scarce.
We are extremely happy with our new home.
No Steve, is not my brother.... I've been around the block in building projects both residential and commercial. Steve was the best contractor I've ever worked with. Period.
