My relatives from out of town wanted to go to PF Changs (they said it was good in FL) but we went on a Saturday night at the Southpoint location in Durham NC, we were told the waiting time was over 2 hrs!! At first we were going to wait but decided instead to sit near the bar and order take out. That was a mistake as well. The staff rushed us into ordering and by the time we got the food, we still nearly waited 2hrs to get it! When we got home, the food was bland and not tasty at all. I ordered lamb and it was not cooked very well and such a small portion was given for the $$$. My expectations soured because I thought for the price it should've been much better. But I'll give it another try by going on a different evening other than a weekend and being seated as opposed to take out.
