The doctors and staff are so friendly and always found a way to help me understand and to find a solution. I have no complaints on them they are excellent, but they unfortunately work for a women who doesn't care about our pets and only is interested in money! She over charges, & don't offer any kind of help with payments or something. She is rude. I was quoted a while ago $1,200 for surgery on my pet and i was willing to do it but because of money problems i was hoping i can do some kind of payment plan or something, anything, but their manager would not help me out, and she did this every time i needed help, I always paid anyways but surgery i did not do, my pet passed about.
