Review content:
Not all of the staff working for REMI are effective--we have had a terrible experience with this property company as renters in Santa Cruz. The company did not prepare the home for move-in--paint was dripping on the walls--no outlet covers, or fire alarms; they never did an official walk thru; the property manager changed hands multiple times. There are many properties for rent in this area and so I caution renters to do their homework when working with a large property company-- I do not reccommend this company for renters.
