I think you would be hard pressed to find a staff member yelling at any resident at the Everett Plaza. I have also been coming to the Everett Plaza for over a year and during that time I have eaten many wonderful meals there. The building is clean and doesn?t smell and the people living there seem very happy. The meals are home cooked and when I?ve been here, have never been late, cold, or even the same. The staff has always been attentive and caring to everyone I?ve been around during my visits. I?m sorry the person who wrote this comment feels that way but I absolutely don?t agree with them.
