I am amazed that this company is still in business, do not special order anything from this shop. We ordered product the first of March that had a leadtime of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks went by and several call later we were told that it would be another ""week"", 2 weeks later no product again several calls with no response...I go to the shop only to find out the order had not been placed and not expedited. Apologies were made, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, a ""rush order"" was placed and expedited. 2 weeks later no status, I decided to call Brown and Jordan myself, only to find out again that the order is ""non-existant"" on their books. Our credit card was charged 2 months ago, and we have nothing. I would not recomend the Patio Shop to anyone, go to Monterey or San Jose to purchase your patio furniture. Pros: The only thing they have going for them is their location Cons: Terrible service, lack of follow through
