Review content:
In there Ancorage AK location this company grossly underpays and mistreats its employees. There service manager is mentally disturbed and under treatment but doesnt always take his medication. They bought this dealership aprox 2 years ago and have told there employees no raises untill they increase production but they wont even fix the lights in the shop so there employees can see what they are doing. You need a flashlight to be able to read the size of a wrench or socket in your tool box. The service manager gives work away, not charging for work done and under bidding the work to be done. He also forces mechanics to do work that is not neccasary, He has even tried to force mechanics to do work that is unsafe for the driver of the truck and the public. They have taken away benifits and made there employees to pay part of there worthless medical insurance. They will work on anything that comes in and dont allow specialazation. The mechanic has to be able to repair everything from cars and pick ups to big rigs. They have lost 6 or 7 mechanics in the past year because of there low pay and terrible conditions. They dont even allow the mechanics to use the steam cleaner because they wont spend the money for a recovery system. Most of the time they dont have the parts needed to fix the truck then charge the customer to overnight the parts from the lower 48. They have no consistent pricing, they will charge one customer 3 tenths of an hour to adjust there clutch then charge the next 9 tenths for the same job. Depending on the attitude of the service manager and wether or not he likes the customer. Very poor dealership. .
