First off they are not friendly at all. Not even a hello when I walked through the door, just a ""can I help you"" and not a single smile from either worker the entire time I was there. They offered me $90 for 2 pieces of jewelry, 1 ring and 1 bracelet that I paid about $1400 total. Both pieces had diamonds about .30 - .50 caret each, 14k, were less than 5 years old , barely worn, and super shiny with few scratches. What a joke when they offered me $90. Now I understand they are in buissness and I wasnt expecting to even get half of my money back but how do you go from $1400 to $90 seriously. And if your little for jewelry to buy I wouldnt go here either. I looked around while waiting and their jewelry is ugly. Must be the stuff people cant sell anywhere else because its too ugly so they go here and take the little payout. I wouldnt even want this stuff if it was given away free its that bad. So if your looking to buy or sell I would save your time and skip this place.
