I took my 2008 5 series BMW to Chester Dorsey Auto Salons last week. I have been to the Salon a few times and apparently they have a few new managers working there. I must say that the service and level of professionalism was outstanding and they have really kicked it up a notch. I pulled right into the parking garage (downtown Seattle, in between 3rd and 4th on Madison) and was greeted by a friendly staff member. We agreed on the services to be performed (wash and wax) and the wait time went by very quickly. I ran a few errands and when I returned to the Auto Salon my car was parked in the reserved waiting area and was on full display. The car looked great! The team did exceptional work and I will definitely be returning to have my car cleaned here again.
