Leonard Bluhm Realty agent Alynn Luessen sold my son a condo. He was totally missing in action! I had to make most of the phone calls and send most of the emails myself because my son was working full time. As it turns out, so was Alynn Luessen, but not at real estate. Instead, he works in a call center at Holland America full time five days a week. He can't make or take real estate phone calls or emails while on the job during working hours.
When it came time to get his commission, I insisted he participate it. That's when Leonard Bluhm decided to verbally change his contract with Alynn and take more of the commission for his company and give less to Alynn to participate. These guys are nothing but crooks, so watch out!
