Review content:
When we first moved in on June 1st, 2008, we were told that if anything needed to be fixed to come to her and she would have it fixed. The apartment is fine except for the carpet from the last renter ""carpet stains & burn holes."" We went to her office one day on a friday and found that she wasn't in but another woman was, so we talked to her about the carpet and she told us to fill out a form to get it fixed and we did. but on the following monday we get a phone call from ""Alicia"" yelling at us for talking to that other woman about the carpet and then told us that if we aren't happy that she would let us out of the lease. Too this day our carpet is still not fixed and we have a 4 month old baby that we can only put on our couch or bed when we play with him. My suggestion is if you want to come here for a apartment, you might want to look somewhere else first.
