Review content:
I used to take my animals to this location all the time; however I have not due to a friends recent experience. I friend of mine was going to kennel their dog with them for a week, and was shocked to return to see that they dropped the kennel door on the dogs snout with no remorse. She had seen this and decided to leave their facility and not leave their dog. This only compounds the issue that they have increased their prices of everything. I put these two factors together, and have decided that I will not be taking my animal to them ever again. Another con to this business is that they are located on the outer limits of the city, and is a hassle to get to.
