As many can relate, I awoke one morning to find puddles of water on my newly installed kitchen floor. The suspect was a NEW refrigerator less than two years old so as you might imagine, I was hardly in the mood to exchange pleasantries with a voice automated device offering twelve options and six recordings of? ?Press # 9 if you REALLY want your problem solved commands.? Nevertheless, it happened and after ?gently? placing the phone back down from across the room, I retrieved it from its embedded spot on the wall and called a friend. Without hesitation, he implied, ?Call this number? you will not regret it.? Pros: 2 thumbs... way up! This guy should write a book on customer service! I am one ""seasoned consumer"" and it's nice to know that some companies still offer the human value.
