I have never seen a shop that is clean with accommodations, and without oozing ""corporate."" I spent nearly 3 hours here waiting for my baby's tires to be put on and have its alignment completed.
I was able to browse the internet, Rob (the owner) made me a cup of fresh coffee, and shared ideas he has about his business with me.
Afterward, he introduced me to Drew who showed me my car's symptoms, how he fixed them, and the typical reasons cars fall out of alignment.
The service was great, there were no surprises, and they made it easy for me to pay them for their time.
