I called to get a quote and the lady wouldn't shut up. She kept telling me what I should do so I hung up. I had an agenda to get quotes to get my carpet cleaned. She had the nerve to call me back and lecture me! I will never EVER refer anyone or any of the business I work with to this company.
BTW they are over priced. I asked for a simple small living room/dining room clean and they quoted almost 300.00. That is outrageous. I don't know how the owner stays in business. This lady had the nerve to say that some companies can't stay in business cause they don't charge enough. That lady is so UNPROFESSIONAL.
