Review content:
I set up an appointment to have my car looked at. I took off work and waited at my house for them to come look at the car, 5 O'clock rolls around and still no word from them. I wait until the next day and call again. They say they are sorry and they will come in the afternoon. Once again, I wait and wait but no one came. One the third day I call once again and get this story, ""Oh, I thought the order got dispatched. I guess they didn't get the note. I am sorry... I WILL be there today."" Well, it is now 5:44 on the third day and I have yet to hear from or see anyone from colors on parade. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I want to support a company that values their customers and clearly colors on parade does not. I do not recommend wasting your time on these guys. You will spend more time and effort trying to get them to follow through on their word than it is worth. If getting them to do the work is this hard imagine if they mess something up and you have to get them to come back and fix the problem for free.
