Review content:
You were referred by Citysearch as one of the best budget hotels to stay at and I just recently called to confirm my reservation (having had provided my credit card information a month ago for my honeymoon). When I called today, the phone was answered by Robert (he said he is the manager) and our reservation might have been ""tossed."" He said there are plenty of rooms available and asked for my credit card information. I said I already did a month ago and retorted back at me with such poor customer service. I immediately knew this was not a place that deserved our business. I am highly disappointed with Citysearch's recommendation.
