Review content:
Called in to get a replacement part for Flushmate Toilet. They are one of the two area's licensed distributor's for Flushmate. I knew which part I needed and what was wrong with the toilet. They told me "" We don't sell parts directly to the public. We will need to come out to see what's wrong with the toilet for 38 dollars"" They come out and request 370 dolars to replace the part ( 540 dollars to replace the entire assembly & 1200 dollars to replace the entire toilet). To top it off, they don't even have the part with them eventhough I read them the part number, model number and serial number of the toilet. I went online to the official flushmate website and they were charging 9.76 dollars for the part. Please DO NOT do business with them. They are crooked thieving people who are trying to rip you off at every chance they can get. It was the worse 38 dollars and waste of my time I ever spent.
