Farmers insurance was my mothers insurance, My mother is sick and asked me to call Farmers insurance to cancel her policy with them,and to ask why she has to fax them a cancel letter? So i did. When i called and asked Alan jewett about this fax letter. he said, i just had to do what he has asked and (hung up) on me. well of coarse I'm mad now. So i called back and asked him if this is a legitimate company and why he hung up on me? And he said, That I'm not listening to him?? so I asked him for what reason do we need this fax letter? my mom had already called and canceled this policy with you?He said no its not canceled till he receives the fax letter? and( hung up) on me again... So i called a different farmers insurance and asked why we needed this fax letter and they said, Its just for farmers records in case between insurances if there's an accident they can cover themselves. And i had no problem with this that's all i needed to know... I do not recommend farmers insurance from Alan Jewett... unless you enjoy being (hung Up on) And a hassle to cancel your insurance policy. "" this is freedom of speech at its finest""
