Review content:
They replaced all the windows in my house with mostly Andersen windows and some Milgard. What was sold to me as a 1 week job took over 3 months from start to finish. There were delays due to poor planning throughout the project and not having essential items in stock when they were needed. My phone calls with questions and requests for status updates were often left unreturned. Throughout the project, there were over 5 different work crews which lead to inconsistent quality and a lack of accountability. The workmanship was sometimes spotty and required return visits to be done correctly. The overall experience was very time consuming and frustrating. Not recommended.
