they think just because they have you in a contract they can be rude to you. Will not use once contract is over - will not reccomend to anyone - and I find it funny that you say you have all these satisfied customers - where are they on here leaving positives. I see more negatives than positives and wish I'd read this before signing up. I didn't realize I'd be signing a contract until the lady was there and had already started and at that point I felt I had to b/c I needed it cleaned for a special occasion. Owner/manager is NOT willing to work things out.
Pros: cheap
Cons: rude customer service, not willing to work with you, thows contract in your face
