I have five indoor dogs, whom I must say I love very, very much. I used to go to another vet, which I finally left, when I realized my dogs weren't getting the proper care I expected from a vet. It was really hard. I felt like I was divorcing my best friend. I was a little fearful, to say the least. What vet would I choose? It was a difficult decision. I didn't want to make a mistake. I finally picked Franklin County Animal Hospital because I had heard another teacher at my school speak well of them. I made an appointment and I have never looked back!
They diagnosed my dogs properly and my dogs were healed! All of the problems my dogs were having were gone!!! Imagine my relief and my joy! Not only were my dogs feeling better, I felt better.
Let me express it like this: with my other vet I was experiencing dog health care in black and white, and with Dr. Krauss, I am experiencing dog health care in bright, clear, living color! He is smart, friendly, and compassionate. In other words, he is extremely intelligent and has his thumb on current issues and technologies. His wife, Sherri, is the heart of his soul. She is educated, intelligent, and great at making me feel special and cared for.
I'm telling you, when you become a client of Franklin County Animal Hospital, you will never look back! You will feel at home! You will KNOW your pets are in the care of the best vet in our region. You will take a sigh of relief and and just know you made the right decision. Really. You will be completely satisfied. Guaranteed!
