I went in for a wedding, and when I first went in a salesman (who wasn't very knowledgeable about the product) promised me a certain deal. So I came back with all of my groomsmen, and when it came time to check out I was told ""actually, we can't give you that deal."" So I asked if it would be ok for me to shop around and for them to give me back my measurements if I found anything else, and they said ok, but when I actually did find one I called DC back up and spoke to the manager, and after haggling back and forth and he couldn't beat Clark's prices, he then lectured me for five minutes, screamed at me, and refused to give back the measurements. Absolutely terrible customer service, wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone else.
