WARNING, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! I'll give them credit on their customer service. Apparently, that's the only thing that is even remotley positive about Tracy's Auto Sales. However, being just nice doesn't qualify; especially in the auto business. When you buy a car, you simply make an investment. I wish someone would have warned me before I purchased an automobile from them. They have lied more than once and not just to me, but others as well. I don't want to give anyone a bad reputation but the more I thought about it, the more I knew I had to write this review so others won't get ripped off as well. Trust me, it will save you thousands of dollars in the end.
Pros: They have great customer service.
Cons: They tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. They don't hold their word and simply just lie.
