granted this place has good deals on phones, but they try to get the most money by going through loop holes. i ended up getting charged twice for a single number. i went from a single plan to a family plan. instead of upgrading my single plan they opened a new acct and they later moved my original line over, but they did not cancel the old line. therefore i got charged twice. in addition to that when i signed up for the family plan i also wanted the unlimited family text. they add the text to each line!! that doesn't make any sense, why would i pay 20 extra per line for unlimited text when it's just 20 for the whole family plan to get unlimited text for all the lines??? i will never do business with them again!!!!!
