Review content:
I have learned an aweful lot about mananging property and/or how not to manage it in a very short amount of time after getting involved with Waters Property Management. They are rediculously unprofessional and do not care a wit about their tenants. I did not even completely move into a property that I initially was interested in before realizing I did not, in any way shape or form, want to deal with this management company. I almost learned the hard way. The biggest draw back you will find aside from the owner's utter rudeness, arrogance, and bullishness is the fact that they deal mostly with bad properties ( bad apples ) because the more established and reputable companies turn down the properties only a fledgling desperate business such as theirs CAN take. STAY AWAY!!! RENTER BEWARE!!!! Pros: None that are apparent Cons: Deal with "bad apple" houses
