I'm an actual renter. Just thought it was important to start with that. I didn't take over the lease from someone else, and I'm not house sitting for someone else. I've lived here for over a year and in that time, naturally I've needed repairs. They have always been completed in a very timely manner. Then again, so has my rent check. Maybe that has something to do with it, I really couldn't say, not knowing anybody else's situation. But the fact is I pay on time, and they fix things on time. When I call on the phone they are nice, when I drop by the office they are nice.
