Bayside recently completed a fairly large project for me that consisted of construction of a rather large flagstone patio, cedar arbor, drainage system, sprinkler system enhancement, raised beds, and trees. The arbor work was done by Texas Decks, which was recommended to me by Bayside. From beginning to end, Bayside was responsive in all communications ? something you can?t say for many contractors ? and creative and flexible with design options. The patio was over-constructed, and I mean this in a good way. They first poured a solid foundation, using rebar that was tied into the existing house slab, and then set the flagstone on top of that with proper attention to drainage. This isn?t your typical square corner type of patio either, but has a very aesthetic curvature to it that complements the shape of the beds that follow the contour of my fence. Bayside has all of the necessary licenses, and demonstrates this with their bid without having to be requested to do so. And when working at my home, the Bayside guys were careful not to mangle my property ? which is especially difficult considering the amount of work I was having done. When they left, the job was truly finished ? I never needed to hassle with them to come back for repairs or rework. I can?t begin to say how pleased I am with the result, and would recommend Bayside to anyone and everyone looking to have this type of work done. They definitely earned this 5-star rating!!
