We have gotten meat from here for several years as we like to support local businesses. This year, we ordered a hind quarter from them and it was HORRIBLE. Very strong, gamey flavor that is hard to stomach. We did not ask for our money back, but questioned the owner about the bad flavor. She was extremely defensive, curt and uncooperative. We even gave them some of the meat to try and they said it was fine. If that was good quality meat, I don't want to buy from them any longer. The owner's attitude was the most disappointing. If you buy from them, buy in very small quantities so you don't lose much when it's bad
