If I could give zero stars, I would.
I drove all the way down to APT after speaking with Randy on the phone and was very excited after he showed me their operation and assured me he could make the jewelry pieces I had asked about. I shared my design ideas and he seemed to think I was on to something... I even left a few of my special stones with him so he could make me some samples with them.
Over the next several weeks he was very difficult to reach and when I did catch him, he would say he was about to do the work the next day or the following week. His answer always changed. Last time I spoke with him he said they had just moved to a new location and he would get right on it. That was months ago. No one ever takes my calls.
VERY disappointed. VERY.
I actually read a negative review by someone else about these guys before I went to see them and I ignored it... don't make the mistake I did.
Do yourself a favor and step away from the APT guys... just step awaaaay!!!
