I'll keep this brief: I was lied to about the estimate and charged 150% what I expected. Delivery took 200% as long as promised. I was promised a $250 refund because of this that I never got despite going through the BBB. Through all this I was lied to left and right, given false promises, and ignored. It took 3 months of calls and e-mails to get a response, and that was finally through a BBB complaint.
