Review content:
Club is filthy, badly equipped, crowded, inadequately staffed and nothing EVER gets repaired. Some members routinely go around spitting in public areas and a chokingly large number of people seem to resent regular bathing. A handful of nice members, but a disproportionate number of creepy, annoying people hang out here. No control over the environment is maintained, weights are strewn EVERYWHERE, trainers continually block egress to from the various areas and monopolize equipment. Clients are generally irritable and self absorbed. Locker room crime is RAMPANT a this club. (you can confirm this with NYPD Midtown North) Use a cheap lock and you can rest assured you will be robbed. Coats have been stolen in the dead of winter, and management routinely clips permanent lockers in error that are fully paid, the contents are removed and the client is not even given an apology..... This is a disaster of a gym and a disaster of a firm. STAY AWAY, you're better off at the YMCA or exercising at home.
