I had no problems with their service as far as the parking, ride to the airport, pick up from the airport and even the customer service follow up..
But I recommend that you only take a car that you don't mind them parking really close to each other and possibly having your vehicle get dinged by the car next to your as they get in and out of the vehicles.
I know every little scratch that is on my vehicle and I noticed a very small chip in the clear coat that I KNOW for a fact wasn't there the day before and they would not take any responsibility for it. I just wanted the clear coat restored but they say that it's hard for their camera to pick up and they wouldn't do anything about it.
If you are like me and if you always park your car all by itself in the furthest parking spot where ever you go, I would recommend you only take a beater car that you don't mind getting dinged into here and there.
