Review content:
This was the first time I purchased an American car. I have purchased 5 or 6 new cars in my life time. I usually purchase foreign cars and from the far south suburb. I had to take my old car in for service at Webb about six months ago. I got a chance to see the dealership and the car. Since then, they have remodeled. I was impressed with the facility, service provided, but most importantly the people. I was actually looking at another car manufacturer but I said let me see what Chevy has to offer. I went to three Chevy dealerships but Webb was more customer friendly and my sales rep was not pushy but worked with me. He had great interpersonal skills and engaged my son in the sale as well. The finance guy was just as nice and friendly.
